Internet Hosting Service Support Policy
FishNet will provide support for Internet hosting service clients on the following terms and conditions.
- FishNet will provide support at no additional charge for a client's initial Web site installation. Internet access will be considered functional when the following services are operational:
- FTP or Frontpage98 access to the Web server is operational and the client can upload the Web site.
- A mailbox is operational to send and receive mail at the client's domain.
Fee Based Support
- FishNet will provide support on a fee basis for the following conditions:
- The client machine crashes and the Web site account information configuration is lost.
- The client installs a new Web page design or maintenance tool and it will not connect to the Web site.
- The client upgrades operating systems and the Web site login configuration is lost.
Support Hours
- Support will be provided from the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on FishNet business days. After hours support is available at 1.5 times the normal service rate. Support on Sundays or national holidays will be at 2.0 times the normal service rate.
Service Suspension
- FishNet does not offer temporary suspension for hosting accounts.
