RedActorSM permits defining editorial users with different levels of authority to author, modify and approve content. Different users can be permitted or restricted in authoring, modifying and approving content, as best fits the needs of your site.
For example, a user may be given the ability to author content but not approve it for online publication. Other users may have the ability to approve only certain areas of the web site content. These controls help insure that content does not appear on the web site that has not gone through proper review and approval.
A history log of transactions is kept; the actions of each user can be reviewed for accountability and for content modification trails.
